Cancellation Policy

Please make sure you can make the workshop date when booking. 

 

You can reschedule or cancel up to 14 days prior to the event, please note this may incur an administration charge of £30.

 

If you need to cancel due to illness or a change in personal circumstances, please email at your earliest convenience and Louise will do everything she can to rebook the workshop date to prevent you having to pay any fee. 

 

If the workshop is cancelled within 14 days of the event, you will not be refunded your deposit. Deposit is always half of the full fee. 

 

Louise Forbes reserves the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance she will offer a new date to reschedule to, or a full refund.
