DESIGNING SPACES
Louise designs and installs creative environments for galleries, festivals and events. She works hands-on, from concept to build incredible immersive spaces to be enjoyed by the public. Whether its an exhibition or large-scale event, she brings design, craftsmanship and technical installation skills together to make spaces that people want to explore.

JUNE 2025
Orkney Mural Installation
Louise supported the project with Lauren Morsley art, led by Roots furniture, to install a large scale outdoor mural in June 2025. Louise painted the mural with Lauren and Roots Furniture prior to this in March/April 25.
Louise led the install for the 2024 Dundee Design Festival at Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc, where visitors enjoyed free exhibitions and events showcasing over 180 designers, including immersive work by Timorous Beasties, Donna Wilson, Gabriella Marcella and AdesignStorie.

Louise has continuously supported Tea Green Events over the years working across 10 events per year across 5 different venues installing the bespoke stall tables she made in 2019.
Louise led the 2021 Design Festival install, which featured four Design Houses across Dundee encouraging visitors to uncover hidden design and try playful, hands-on experiments.
Louise was the install lead for the 2019 Design Festival, designing and fabricating the full installation in Dundee’s Keiller Centre. The festival reimagined design by putting people first and offering an accessible, on-demand programme.

Louise was part of the install team for the 2017 Design Festival at West Ward Works, the former DC Thomson printing factory. That year’s theme, Factory Floor, celebrated makers, machines and the future of manufacturing through hands-on workshops, exhibitions and creative activity across the vast industrial space.
Plus many installs over the years with the DCA and the Cooper Gallery in Dundee.
